FREE Returns (US Customers Only)

KOODING.com strives to provide our customers the best customer service and shopping experience. We value customer's satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have 60 days from the purchase date to make return for FREE (exception may apply depending on the refund method). As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 60 days of purchase.

Non-US Customers:

You have 60 days from the purchase date to make return. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 60 days of purchase. We only provide free return service to US customers, please refer to Self Return Policy instead.

Return Instructions

How to make return request:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to Order History page and click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Check the box next to the item(s) you intend to return located at the bottom of the page (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 60 day range).
  4. Select the reason for the return and the refund method, and fill out any comment if you would like.
  5. Upon successful return submission, Customer Service department will authorize your return within 5 business days.
  6. Once you are authorized, pack the products following the instruction in the email.

Return label is only provided once per order.

Refund methods:

You have options to choose between the 2 refund methods:

  • Full refund in Gift Certificate (Store Credit)
  • Original method of payment - $3 USD deduction per item (If you used store credits to purchase, according amount will be refunded as store credits first)

* In some cases (if you paid your order with rewards credit or Gift Certificate), we may partially issue refund with Gift Certificate even if you selected original method of payment.

Non-returnable items:

All items in, but not limited to, Clearance, Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Socks, Activewear (Bras and Pants), Cosmetics, Hand-made Clothing or Shoes, Wigs, and Lifestyle. Please refer to RETURN POLICY tab in the product detail page for more details. 

Non-returnable, unauthorized returns, and returns received after 60 days in their original condition with tag:

All the non-returnable items, unauthorized returns, and returns received after 60 days are subject to following refund policy:

  • 50% deduction from the subtotal you paid
  • US $5 handling fee per item
  • Refund only the remaining value as store credit (not the original method of payment)
  • We will not ship back the returned items

* Worn or no-tag items are not part of above rule. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items

Third party orders:

We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by third party. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third party without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to refuse free refund or return itself on order placed by third party.

** We reserve the right to refuse any return requests by customers who abuse our return system.
